I2C and SM Bus Solutions - Texas Instruments is a veteran supporter of the highly efficient I2C bus interface. This webcast provides an updated look at I2C applications and how TI’s I/O expanders, multiplexers, buffers and repeaters can help system designers achieve effective subsystem communications using proven I2C devices.
SLL Interface Roadmap - Texas Instruments offers new RS-232 devices with system level IEC61000-4-2 electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection. This protection makes the RS-232 interface immune to damage from ESD strikes, Check out TI’s RS-232 Product cast to find out what else is new in TI’s RS-232 Interface portfolio.
Analog Switch Solutions - TI’s new analog switch product cast has the latest information on TI’s growing analog switch portfolio. From Switch Transistor Topology to application examples, TI’s analog switch solutions casts provides you with the necessary information you need to design with TI’s analog switches.

A Discussion on Op-Amp Speed

Gain-bandwidth, slew rate, settling time, and full-power bandwidth are just a few of the terms you need to understand when learning about operational amplifiers. continue

Signal Anti-Aliasing
Bill Klein, Senior Applications Engineer, Texas Instruments
Any filter placed in the analog signal input stream to an A/D converter is often referenced as an “anti-aliasing filter”. In many cases this is not an accurate description. The function of an input filter is determined by the use that is to be made of the data stream from the A/D converter. This feature along with the magnitude of the out-of-band signal determines the design criteria for the filter.  continue
